Singing Ceremony in human resource training cooperation in Information technology

In the afternoon December 5th, VNUHCM-Information Technology Park (VNUHCM-ITP) and InfoTrain Jetking Academy, India held the signing ceremony of cooperation personnel training in information technology. The signing ceremony was to implement the Hire-Train-Placement (HTP) joint training program.

Attending the ceremony were Dr. Le Thai Hy – Director of HCMC Department of Information and Communication, Dr. Huynh Quyen – Deputy Director of Science and Technology Department-Viet Nam National University, Prof. Dr. Nguyen Anh Thi – Director of VNUHCM- ITP, and Mr. Harsh Suresh Bharwani – Vice President of Jetking InfoTrain Academy.

Speaking at the ceremony, Dr. Nguyen Anh Thi said: “Lack of high quality human resources in the field of information technology and communication is one of the major obstacle to the country’s development. Therefore, we need to seek new models of cooperation with developed countries in the world to solve this problem. India is an experienced partner and also a brand in the field of science – technology. We believe that with the signing today, although it’s only a short-term solution for human resource training, it will contribute somehow to solving the shortage of the current labor market “.

According to Dr. Le Thai Hy, the conclusions of the training program of ITP in recent years were efforts in line with the policy of the city and government in training high quality human resources and create a start-up environment for the young.

HTP is a skill development and effective job searching program in technology for students within and outside VNUHCM, including freshly graduated students who are looking for a job. The program will provide knowledge and skills to students in the fields of information technology, multimedia art and finance with 6-month training period.
